1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defected. ( For gift box pack it is not applicable)

To be eligible for return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Photos of the damaged item must be provided to process the request.

    • Reason for return

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3 working days.

  1. Cancellation Window
  • After this window, cancellations are not accepted as the processing and packaging would have begun.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  1. Non-Returnable / Non-Cancellable Items

We do not accept returns or cancellations for the following:

  • Gift boxes where components are handmade or vary seasonally.
  • Orders where delivery was attempted but failed due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability.
